about the artist

I’m Jared, an illustrator based in Oakland, CA. I studied graphic design at the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD). After graduating, I lived in NYC and spent 8 years working as a graphic designer for non-profits, ad agencies and tech start ups. I enjoy drawing animals, plants and all things psychedelic. When I’m not making art I love gardening, fishing and cuddling with my dog, Wilma.

merch, merch, merch!

I spend a lot of time designing and printing merchandise. I sell my work at craft markets in the Bay Area. Linocut printing is my latest obsession. My garments are mostly up-cycled and I apply my designs to denim jackets, shirts, sweaters and beanies. Check out my shop to see what I’ve got!
